A widely accepted garments group having 35 years of markable experience in Textile and readymades market of Kerala, consists of a company Kallelil Business Enterprises Private Limited, and a partnership firm K.B. Garments and WeaverSky Private Limited.
In the year of 1987 four brothers of the group started garments wholesale and retail business based at Ernakulam. In 1990 the group started a wholes sale shop at Oriental shopping complex, Merchants Road, Broadway, Ernakulakm in the name and style Kallelil Brothers, Under the constitution of partnership act. Mohammed Basheer Kallelil was Managing Partner and Mohammed Salih Kallelil, Mohammed Ashraf Kallelil, Mohammed Jaleel Kallelil, thereafter Mohammed Iqbal Kallelil joined the group after his education.
In 1995, the group inducted a new partnership firm K.B. Garments at Cochin Complex, Market Road, Kochi as extended wholesale firm of ready made garments. Within a short span of time, K.B. Garments achieved leadership in the segment, and gained rich experience in the wholesale textile business.
Year 2006 prompted the group to enter in to retail segment. Start a outlet as branch of Kallelil Brothers at Tripunithura, Hospital Road near Private Bus stand in the name and stile ‘Charutha Silks’.
Kallelil Business Enterprises, a private limited company with five directors, incorporated under Indian Companies Act 1956 with its corporate office at Kallelil Arcade, Market road, Ernakulam-35. The Company incorporated in the year 2009 and the basic inception of the firm was in the year 1991 as a partnership firm under the name and style of Kallelil Brothers. The firm later changed to kallelil Business Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Charutha Silks, a branch and brand name of the company having two showrooms in Ernakulam district. Tripunithura and North Paravoor Charutha Silks is Kerala's first ISO 9001 : 2008 certified family textile shop for Quality Management System and Customer satisfaction and also received Silk Mark accreditation from Silk Board, Ministry Of Textiles, Govt. Of India. In 2010 company inaugurated the second retail out let Charutha Silks at North Paravoor.

Charutha Silks received Consumer protection certification in the year 2011. The Quality Management System certification is awarded in 27.03.2013 onwards and it is maintaining for customer satisfaction.
The group is already branding for Churidar material brand 'Farishta', 'Lilly Berry' & 'Leo Fellow' under the firm WeaverSky Pvt. Ltd.
